The Artist’s Journey
For most of my life, becoming a fine artist felt like a dream reserved for someone else.
Like many people, I chose stability first. I built a career, pursued creativity where I could, and admired the world of fine art from a distance. Yet the desire to dedicate myself fully to painting never disappeared.
At 33, I made a decision that changed everything. After being accepted to The Florence Academy of Art, I left home, relocated to Florence, Italy, and committed my personal savings to studying classical drawing and painting full time.
Today, I am immersed in one of the world's leading academies for classical art, developing the technical mastery needed to sustain a lifelong artistic practice.
This patronage initiative is not about funding a dream that has yet to begin. It is an invitation to participate in a journey already well underway.
Every work I create represents years of preparation, sacrifice, and dedication. With the support of patrons who believe in preserving the tradition of classical art, I can continue this training and devote myself fully to the work that lies ahead.
